Peanut Butter and Jelly Recipe

I enjoy a good peanut butter and jelly sandwich as much as the next person, but I find the enjoyment lasts only until the last bite is down the hatch. If you are like me, you would like something with a little more staying power. I found a new PB and J recipe that claims to really stick with you. In fact, this recipe says that a couple of servings a day will keep the stress away. And besides that, it’s easy to make and the ingredients don’t come from a jar. Here’s the recipe:

Ingredients:

1 peaceful thought (life is good, all things are working out for the good of all, I am loved, I am whole and healthy)

1 a bit of beauty (a cloud, flower, picture, smile)

1 a dash joy (remember how you felt during a joyful time or event)

Directions:

Assemble in any order, savor, and enjoy!

If this doesn’t tempt you, don’t forget the fact that you can make as many of these as you want and not gain a single ounce. So, next time you need a break, give this new recipe a try. I believe you will find it more satisfying than the best gourmet PB and J sandwich. Of course, if this new recipe isn’t your cup of tea, you can always get out the jars and the knife and go back to the good old white bread standard.
